Brighton based Natasha Khan is loved by the critics and, I wouldn’t mind betting, fancied by quite a few of the skinny legged indie boy journos out there. Including me. I do have skinny legs, but am too old to be considered a boy. Twice nominated for the Mercury prize, a lover of sparkly eye make up and a niece of the greatest squash player ever (Jahangir Khan), Natasha’s voice is often haunting and fragile with lyrics that are dreamlike and poetic. If you’re looking for something a bit different and original, BFL should be just the ticket.
